The most important aspect of MQSP is our officers. Without the officers of Most Qualified Security Professionals we would be just another security agency . The officers of Most Qualified Security Professionals are the foundation that makes MQSP " Most Qualified." To become the " Most Qualified " it starts with recruiting, training, and community relations.
Recruiting: Recruiting plays a large role in finding the right personnel for the clients needs. We strive to have the best by recruiting prior Law Enforcement Personnel, and offer opportunities for Active and Prior Military Service Members. Through the hiring process we conduct extensive background investigations on all personnel before their career with Most Qualified Security Professionals.
Training: Our officers are fully versed and have the required training set forth by the State of Florida. Most Qualified Security Officers are put through extensive training programs called MQSP training certifications. These certifications are completed by each officer prior to their deployment into the security field. Our officers are trained to perform no matter the circumstances that may arise while on duty. We do this through the testing of all our officers to ensure that their knowledge is specific to our customers’ needs.
Community Relations: Most Qualified Security Professionals works closely with Local Law Enforcement Agencies and communities to aid and assist in keeping your neighborhood safe. We conduct ourselves professionally and proficiently to make proactive approaches to protect your community.
